Consulting and Research Solutions
Kisima College consulting services involve coordinating monthly training meetings and auditing the skills and socio-economic development requirements of client organisations. We manage the submission, maintenance and updating of: Workplace Skills Plans, Annual Training Reports, Employment Equity Reports and BBBEE verification reports. We have helped companies conceptualise solutions as part of their Skills Development, Corporate Social Investment, Transformation and Empowerment efforts with great success.
We conduct skills audits to help the organisation understand what skills and knowledge it already has and identify skills gaps. We compile Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), which are accompanied by an organisation’s Annual Training Report (ATR).
Isiphethu Venture Partners (Enterprise and Supplier Development)
The objective of Isiphethu Venture Partners is a business incubation system that is designed to enhance the Enterprise and Supplier Development programmes of our clients and to accelerate the development of youth, disabled and women-owned Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME) in South Africa, who are operating within the Tech (ICT) Sector, Manufacturing, and Wholesale and Retail Sector. Isiphethu incubated SMME’s are provided with support to access to funding and markets through our stakeholders and hosting partners.

We provide research and community Facilitation Solutions that include: Project design, Project Management, SMME Mentoring, Evidence/Data for BBBEE verification and Impact Assessments.
